Genex, which is authorized Apple service provider and is also Apple’s official distributor, their first Apple authorized service center in Pakistan has opened here. And before its launch, I got its exclusive access.
What to Expect from the Apple Service Center
So I will show you what facilities this service center will provide to you in the Pakistani market. As you can see, the ambience here is very sleek and minimalistic. But I would like to clear this to you in advance that although this is the first Apple authorized service center in Pakistan, it is not the only one. In fact, very soon, a service center of the same standard will be coming in Karachi.
Apple-Level Care in Pakistan
The interesting thing here is that because this is an Apple authorized service center, you will get the same level of care that you expect from Apple. And there are some services that are providing you complimentary for a limited time.
Complimentary Services Offered
For example, if your phone gets dirty, then here the cleaning service is being given as a complimentary service. Apart from this, if you want to do any diagnostics or if there is any software or hardware issue in your phone, then because this is an authorized service center, all your issues can be solved here at one stop.
Apart from phone cleaning, another service that you are getting complimentary is their Shield Plus service. In Shield Plus service, basically you will get a one-time screen replacement for a year. And same is the case with the back. If your back breaks for 12 months, then you will get to see one replacement for free.
Extended Warranty Offer
And the interesting thing here is that you get to see a one-year Apple warranty with every Apple device. But if you buy any phone here which is of the iPhone 16 family of Apple, then you will get to see an additional one-year warranty with it.
Expansion Plans Across Pakistan
Now I am making this video from Lahore’s GeneXus service center. But their next service center is also going to open in Karachi. And if you are from any other city in Pakistan, then there is no need to worry. Their collection centers are going to open in all the major cities across Pakistan.
How the Collection Centers Will Work
And the job of those collection centers will be that they will receive the phone from you. They will send it to the service center in a secure way. Whatever service you want to avail, after providing it to you, the phone will be received from the same collection center.
And when your service is complete, you will also get a notification that whatever work you have done is complete. You can come and receive your mobile phone.
Certified Apple Staff and Diagnostics
Essentially, the staff here is Apple certified. Which means that they will take your mobile phone from you. If there is any problem with your mobile phone, then it will be installed with the system. And at least you will be given a confirmed report that what is the issue in your device. And for this, you will not receive any charges.
Vouchers and Promotions
Apart from this, you will also get to see a lot of vouchers on the launch day. I will put the details of which here on the site.

Personal Experience and Final Thoughts
I have come to the service center. The overall experience I have felt is very enjoyable. There is a lot of international standard vibe. So I am very happy that we will get to see this level of service in the Pakistani market.
