The second phase of the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) BISP 7181 June Payment Update has started in approximately 80 percent of the areas. However, many people are still unaware of which areas are included in Phase 2 and which are not. This article answers frequently asked questions regarding the Phase 2 installment, eligible areas, payment methods, and how to check your payment using your mobile phone.
When is the Phase 2 Installment Starting?
Phase 2 has already started in most areas, but some regions are still pending. It is expected that by June, Phase 2 cases will commence in all areas. In some areas, the program has already begun, while in others, it is still in progress.
Areas Included in Phase 2
Phase 2 covers a total of 17 districts, including:

In some areas, the process is ongoing and is expected to start soon. In Sitara district, Phase 2 will begin from the designated taxi ride day, and the amount of ₹13,500 will be given through the campsite.
Will the Investigated People Receive Money?
All individuals who received ₹0 or ₹100 under the BISP program and have a PM score of less than 2 will receive ₹13,500 within this month. The government plans to add 13 lakh new beneficiaries, while some older beneficiaries are being replaced. Those under investigation with an AP score below 32 will be fully included by the end of the month, and a new installment of ₹1,500 will be released.
Will Children’s Tami Wazaf be Released with This Installment?
Yes, all regular BISP beneficiaries will receive the Tami Wazaf for children along with this installment.
Payment Method for Phase 2
Phase 2 installments will be provided through the campsite in your area, not from shops or banks. You must visit your nearest campsite to receive the payment.
BISP Web Portal Update
The BISP web portal (7181 Qatar) is undergoing updates as new beneficiaries are being added and those with increased premium scores or halted payments are being removed. The portal is expected to be updated very soon.
How to Check Your Payment from Mobile
To check your payment, call the designated number between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on any day except weekends and Sundays. Calls made outside these hours will not be answered.
