Farmer Registration for CM Line Stock Card
Required Information
- Farmer Name
Write your name as per your identity card. - CM Line
Write your identity card number. - Mobile Number
Enter your mobile number.
The mobile number must be registered on your identity card. If it’s registered under someone else’s ID (mother, father, brother, uncle), then you won’t be eligible.

Enter the mobile number of a close relative who is not your blood relative. Example: Munawar - District, Tehsil, and Moza Selection
