🏠 Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Phase 2 – Registration Guide 2025
Good news! The Punjab government has reopened registration for the “Apni Chhat Apna Ghar” housing loan scheme Phase 2. Those who couldn’t apply now can Apply for Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Scheme in 2025 Punjab now have another chance.
✅ Who Can Apply?
- You must own a plot in Punjab.
- Plot should be 5 marla (urban) or up to 10 marla (rural).
- You must be 18+ years old.
- The plot must be in your name.
📝 How to Apply?
- Visit agpunjab.gov.pk and click “Register Here”.
- Fill in:
- Name, CNIC, father/husband’s name
- Gender, email, mobile number
- Division, district, tehsil (based on your domicile)
- Set a password, then log in
- Tick the checkboxes:
- You’re 18+, a Punjab resident
- You own a plot, not a house
- You plan to build a house on your plot
- Provide additional info:
- Date of birth, alternate mobile number
- Marital status
- No prior loans from EasyPaisa, JazzCash, etc.
- Enter your permanent and plot address based on CNIC/domicile.
📌 Plot Details
- Plot area: 1–5 marla (urban), 1–10 marla (rural)
- Ownership type: Registry, Allotment Letter, or Possession Certificate
- Enter exact address and loan amount needed (up to Rs. 10 lakh)
💼 Employment Info
- Status: Employed / Business / Housewife
- Sector: Government / Private / Self-employed
- Monthly income
- Place of work
📷 Upload Documents
- CNIC (front and back)
- Plot documents (registry or allotment letter)
- Format: Image or PDF
📨 Final Steps
- Share brief feedback (e.g., “I need this loan to build my house”)
- Submit the application
- You’ll receive an Applicant ID and status
🎟 Balloting
- Balloting will be held via Qurandazi
- If selected, you’ll get a call from Akhuwat Khidmat Center
- Visit the center for plot and loan verification
