Tonight, Monday, September 8, and during the next two to three days, a major weather update is here regarding rain in different regions of Punjab including Lahore, Islamabad, and Multan.

Last 24 Hours Situation
According to the latest weather reports, during the past 24 hours:
- Thunderclouds developed in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Jhelum, Gujrat, Mandi Bahauddin, Lahore, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, and several parts of Multan.
- Some areas received heavy showers, while others experienced light to moderate rainfall.
Rain and Weather Update
From September 8 to 10, multiple regions are expected to witness thunderclouds and rainfall, including:
- Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Jhelum, Gujrat, Mandi Bahauddin, Lahore
- Kamoke, Sheikhupura, Muridke, suburbs of Lahore, Talagang, Chakwal, Choa Saidan Shah, Gujar Khan, Mallard Sidan, Dina, Khairan, Lala Musa, Pind Dadan Khan
- Murree, Taxila, Fateh Jang, Attock, Hazro, Basal, Pindigheb, Kohat, Mianwali, Kalabagh, Isa Khel and surrounding areas.
Heavy Rainfall Expected
During this period, Gujrat, Jhelum, Sialkot, Narowal, Lahore, Mandi Bahauddin, and Hafizabad are likely to experience heavy rainfall.
In Central Punjab, multiple areas recorded rainfall during the last 24 hours as well.

In the next 24 to 48 hours, rain with thunder and strong winds is expected in:
- Sahiwal, Farooqa, Sillanwali, Bhawana, Aliabad, Chiniot, Pindi Bhattian, Bangla Hill, Shahkot, Chak Jhumra, Faisalabad, Samundri, Tandlianwala, Jaranwala, Nankana Sahib, Kot Radha Kishan
- Bhalwal, Bhera, Kallar Kahar, Malakwal, Kandwal, Soon Valley, Ahmedpur Sial, Gojra, Jhang, Athara Hazari, Toba Tek Singh, Shahkot, Dullewala, Piplan, Fatehpur, Harnoli, Kundian, Wan Bhachran, Quaidabad, Adhi Kot, Noorpur Thal, Mitha Tiwana, Hadali, Khushab, Shahpur, Jhal Chakian, Sargodha, Kamalia, Shorkot and nearby regions.
South Punjab and Koh-e-Suleman
In the Suleman Range and adjoining regions, rainfall is expected in:
- Dera Ghazi Khan, Taunsa Sharif, Kot Sultan, Shadan Lund, Kot Addu, Wahwa, Tibi Qasrani, Choti Bala, Choti Zeri, Kot Qasrani, Alahya
- Chowk Azam, Chowk Bodu, Chowk Sarwar Shaheed, Yak Bai, Sakhi Sarwar, Kot Chutta, and Jampur.
Mian Channu and Surroundings
In Mian Channu, Dunyapur, Mahmood Kot, Rangpur, Rohilanwali, Muradabad, and surrounding areas, rainfall with thunder and strong winds is expected on September 8, 9, and 10.
Some areas may also experience heavy downpours.
Cholistan Weather Update
In different regions of Cholistan, rainfall with thunder is ongoing.
During the next few days, some areas are expected to receive further rainfall with thunder.
South Punjab and Rahim Yar Khan
A low-pressure system over southern Rajasthan is influencing weather conditions.
In Rahim Yar Khan and adjoining South Punjab regions, heavy showers are expected in some areas over the next two to three days.
